Hello again, iPhone listers,
First, let me say thanks for the info from Sighard about playing dropbox files
in the Files APP. That works as an alternative for trying to play files in
Dropbox itself. A second option is to download any dropbox files you want into
Voice Dream Reader. Both of
Jen, this is tricky, you need to find an app which can read files from
dropbox. Personally I'd use voicedream reader, but I wouldn't buy it
specifically to do this. There must be other apps that do the same though.

Hi all.
I completely missed this thread and I've emptied my deleted items

According to the help file, I think the answer is no. It says that when you
import a text file from an external location, a copy is stored in the local
folder on your phone and that is where all edits are saved, not on the external
location.

Hi all,
I'm pondering VDW's usefulness in my day to day workflow, and here's a very
important question. I know it can handle importing to, and exporting from,
Dropbox, but can it edit in place? That is, can it open a file in Dropbox (a
text file - I know it can't directly open other formats), th

Bill,
It can only see its own folder on dropbox.
Are you able to see those files?

Hi,
It sounds like Dropbox stopped uploading files for some reason. Stop it on your
computer and restart it. Then it should finish uploading the files.

Hi,
I uploaded 9 files of about 15MB each to DropBox from my PC. All are there, as
shown in DropBox when viewed from my PC. But, when I go to DropBox on my
iPodTouch, only 2 of the 9 files show up, file 1 and file 8. This persists 24
hours after upload to DropBox, and following a Power Off/On
