The following information is important for all members of the viphone list.
You can make a FaceTime call by either telling siri to face time you're sister
or you can go to phone.
Next go to contacts.
Next go to the contact you want to FaceTime.
After that choose FaceTime and then the call should start.

One minor correction. As the call is being initiated from an iPod Touch, you'll
want the Contacts app - there is no Phone app. Other than that, you are correct
- choose the contact, double tap FaceTime (or FaceTime Audio), and off you
go, assuming you've saved the same email address or phone

On the iPod and iPad, there is a Contacts app. It is identical to the Contacts
tab of the Phone app on an iPhone, but as those devices lack the Phone app, it
is the only default way to access your contacts.

You can still specify a phone number, for use with FaceTime or iMessages. You
just need to do so in the Contacts app, rather than a section of the Phone app.
