Hi,
My Trekker Breeze is starting to fail so I am looking at Loadstone as
an data free option.
I cannot find anything that will tell me how far I might be from an
intersection when using the Loadstone app.
Can anyone tell me the answer to this simple question?
The documentation is rather slim

Dear All,
I am thinking of paying for the Loadstone in the UK. I want an app I can rely
on and get used to. I have tried many of the free options and they seem quite
complex to use, especially when out on the street.
What is your experience and is it good enough to use in the UK?
With thanks

I'd think you'd have to start with the Trekker Breeze people first. They
would know if they allow data to be imported and in what format.

But, that would be a question for the Loadstone developer.
His contact info is on the www.loadstone-gps.com<http://www.loadstone-gps.com>

Richard,
I saw your message about the Loadstone. Do you happen to know if the
data for the Loadstone can be transferred to the Trekker Breeze?
Thanks,

Since there was a post referring to Loadstone within a general GPS thread, I
thought I'd start a separate thread. Also, I did not know Loadstone was
available for iOS. It is $7.99.

Hey,
As i understand it and i could very well be wrong, thus my request for
explanation, Loadstone has no maps or such by default, the user has to create
the maps themselves. If so this is a great showstopper for me. I don’t want to
draw the maps for the orientation tool to then follow because

Hello Sieghart and Lars,
Unfortunately I can't answer your questions as I'm not in direct touch with the
developers and only saw the tweet.
The Loadstone that ran on the old Nokia phones did have the ability to create
routes.
