Hi,
Do you know for sure that the battery hasn't run out of charge? Are
you able to confirm visually that the phone is not off? In these
situations it's usually worth connecting the phone to a wall outlet
and leaving it for a few minutes, just to double check that a charge
won't solve the problem

Hi,
All of a sudden my phone is saying nothing and the battery is not dead. It’s
like it’s off but when I turn it on nothing happens.
I’ve had this problem once before but I forget what was done to get it right
once again.

Is you're phone in DFU mode? Did you try forcing you're phone in to
recovery mode?

Hi Jen,
Try holding the Home and Power buttons down together for about 10 seconds. That
should force the phone to reboot.
Best,
Anna
