I did turn off photos in iCloud and also turned the apps off that were using
iCloud that I didn't want to use right now. I did upload some photos to my
dropbox but I couldn't figure out how to get all the videos there that I wanted
to keep. Any suggestions about that, would be grately appreciate
Hi Shirley,
You can get 50 GB of space on iCloud for a dollar a month, so that may be the
easiest option. Otherwise, you can turn off Photos in your iCloud settings.
That will stop them being stored in iCloud. There's also an iCloud Storage
setting that lets you see how much data different apps
I got a email from iCloud that I only have so much storage left and I have 30
days to move my photos so I need to know how to do that and how do I delete
backups? Are they dated? How do you know for sure you're deleting the oldest
ones and not the most recent ones please.

Hi Tim,
Contact syncing would still work, but I'm pretty sure Downcast file copying
wouldn't. I would suggest that rather than turning off iCloud backup, one of
you delete your iCloud account and create a new one using a different email
address. This can and probably should be an iCloud address
