I have had similar problems with the bard app, and my local talking book
library provided the following advice, which has worked every time.
maybe it will help you, too.
1.Close BARD Mobile
2.Open the Settings app on your iPhone
3.Choose BARD Mobile
4.Toggle
sure you

anything you haven't tried. Before you uninstall the app, I'd recommend you
write nlsdownl...@loc.gov. They have an excellent support team and it would be
worth running your issue by them before doing
I'd try and call apple accessibility although they don't like helping
with third party apps. I know how you feel about not wanting to
uninstall the bard mobile app. I've got almost 1500 books downloaded
into my bard mobile app. Did you completely close the app from the
