Hi Ester. The beats phones you bought come with various different sized ear tips. I strongly encourage you to try them out since you probably need a smaller ear tip to fit the phones properly. I went through this with a pair of boes sound sport headphones. They sounded quite awful. I

I bought a pair for my wife and I did try them at the Apple Store. At first I was not impressed with the fit, but the Apple guy then put on the little wings and that worked better. I am not used to or a big fan of earbuds which you have to push deeply into your ear but that is how these work
