Hi Sandy, I can’t address Outlook for iOS not keeping the available action selected indefinitely when you single finger swipe down on a message in the list. I will say you can get to delete after two single finger swipes up in my case. I don’t really use the calendar functions of Outlook

i just installed Outlook again to take another look. I find no setting for turning off previews like you can in the native mail app. I set Outlook as my default mail app to try it out for a few days or hours, depending how it goes. Get Outlook for iOS
