Thank you Deidre, no I didn't know most of what you suggest, I'll give it a
try. Since I do like to make sure that I can use the phone manually (and don't
get along particularly well with the phone keypad) checking voicemail is one
way of forcing me to practice, however, having an alternative i
replace my
current phone.
