Jed, while we have the dot protectors, straight from the beginning of using our iphones we've gotten to know where everything is on the screen, as you probably have as well. We just talked about it, and for both of us knowing where everything is on the screen, we don't really use any of the dots

I’ve never used tactile screen protectors so, my thoughts may not be of interest to you. I now have a 10 S max. There is definitely a learning curve, from the other phones, because of no home button. And with face detection on, it takes a little bit of getting used to. I hold my phone in the lef
