a last ditch effort is erase all content and settings found in settings, general, reset. This will do exactly what it says it will do. Every setting you put in will be reset to the factory defaults so you will have to turn voice over on again etc. If you have your apps backed up via iTunes

The best results are when updating over WiFi, as some apps are too large to update over data. Also, try updating one app at a time with the individual update button with each app. If you are syncing with a computer, you could update via iTunes, then sync the phone, but that doesn't solve

Hi anita, Updating one app at a time sometimes works better. If you have lots of apps it slows down the phone and if the signal to your wifi is interrupted/blocked momentarally, that can cose the updates to stall. Also if you update your phone, it is much better to do it on wifi. Hope this
