Trying closing phone in the app switcher and reopening it again and then try to
delete the voicemail. This is kind of a bug I think.

Try restarting your phone, and then try deleting the voicemail again. If it
still won't delete, it's possible to call your voicemail manually; you might be
able to delete it from there. Contact your carrier to find out what number to
dial to check your voicemail manually.
