Sounds like you are doing everything properly. When I do this, and get to the
point of tapping th the export button, it brings up a list of available apps
including Downcast. All works well. Maybe its something to do

Out of interest, try totally clearing out your app switcher and restarting the
phone prior to doing the export/import. It shouldn't really make a difference
to the size of the file you can import to downcast but might be worth a try.

You can pause playback
Now there's 3 buttons on the bottom of the screen
Double Tap Add to favourites.
Wait for the file to download. When it has downloaded, the Export button will
