You need to use the rotor to select the size of the jump you want to make such
as words. Then flick left to move backword or flick right to move forward word
by word. You can again use the rotor to move by charactors and flick to get
where you want to be and then type away.

Make sure the text field has focus, crank rotor round to words, flick up
to go back a word at a time, crank rotor to characters and flick up or down
to move by one hcaracter until you're in the right spot.
Remember that the cursor is to the side of the last spoken character,
