Believe you need to be using the Beta of iOS 15 to get the options in settings.

Accessing the list of AD films is different on the iphone to the Apple TV. On
the iphone it feels like it is at the bottom of a vertical category list, while
in the apple TV it is at the end of a horizontal list. Clicking on the category
brings up
Netflix doesn’t have a lot of the older movies, I haven’t looked, but I doubt
they have Jaws.
What device did you use to watch, iPhone or Apple TV? Whether you get audio
descriptions or not depends a bit on that.

Has anyone been able to get Criminal Minds to audio describe? It's listed on
the list but I can't get it or bones. Are there specific episodes that are
described and others that aren't?

Bones, for example, the first episode of season 9 streams with description, but
