I called Freedom Scientific, and they reminded me to go into General, then
accessibility, then Voiceover, and the display was listed there. Thanks for
your help.

Hi. Yesterday my new Focus 14 Blue 5th Generation Braille Display became
unpaired, and now my iPhone 7 refuses to recognize this device at all. I would
like to reset the iPhone to see if this will help it recognize the Braille
display. How do I do this? I've never done this procedure before. I
Hi,
Just wanted to ask your advice how best to reset my iphone 5C which I'm going
to pass onto a family member. can I reset it after I've removed the SIM card
from it? Or do I have to reset it while my sIM card is still in it? I will be
using the same sIM card with my new iphone 6S. I'm
Hi Andrew,
I don't think you can do anything with the phone if it doesn't have a sim card
in it. Do all your resetting, removing from iCloud, etc. and remove the sim
card once you've made sure the phone is erased. Your relative will need a sim
card to be able to use the phone.
Best,
Anna

As I have mentioned previously, I purchased both an iPhone 6 and 6 plus, to
see which one I liked the best. And, seeing as, at least for my purposes, I
prefer the 6, I'm visiting my family in Kentucky and looking to give a family
member the 6 plus. Am I correct that going to settings, then to

will be prompted to turn off find my iPhone.

I received my iPhone 5 today. When I tested the hard reboot, holding the power
and home buttons together, it took my iPhone exactly 10 seconds to bring up the

HI all,
I know that the manual says that in order to do a hard reset you hold down home
and sleep button until the logo appears that is at least 10 seconds. HOwever, I
did this with my husband and the logo appears much faster on the 5. In fact
holding it 10 seconds makes it turn off and back on
