found with deleting / moving apps.
When I deleted two apps successfully after just installing the update
yesterday, I found that the Iphone won’t enter app edit mode if you double tap
and hold on an icon above
This did not work for me. I had to do as others have suggested and first move
an app down into the row above the dock before I could then move apps out of
that row.
