My wife has the iPad mini 5 and loves it. I suspect since the original SE got
iOS 14, that the mini 5 is going to be able to take iOS updates for several
more years. My guess is at least 4 more.
But, that is a guess.

Well, if you think of an iPhone, with the home button at the bottom, on the
right side are the volume buttons, and on the top side, kind of on the back
edge near the right side is the power, lock button.

of any sort your provider must be blocking something and as I said before, you
should ask them why this doesn't work when you are on your WiFi
