Hi Cheryl and Woody.
This is a content specific issue that I've also found. Cheryl: you hit
the nail on the head in that foot notes can indeed cause this to
happen. I've also noticed it happens with some content that also
contains pictures or diagrams of some sort on the same page. I don't
know of

Well, that's interesting. I'm using a Focus 40 Blue Classic. Does anyone know

Hi,
I can confirm that turning off auto panning does not eliminate the behavior.
What it does do is safeguard against you scrolling to the next page as you're
looking for your place. 4,5,6-chord doesn't work in the Kindle app, so I have
to pan display length by display length to find my place.
Haven't really been paying attention to this thread. I experienced the
same behavior this morning when reading a book in iBooks, where I read
a whole page and then my Focus 14 Blue jumped back to the top of the
same page and started reading again. I wonder if turning off auto page

Hi Cheryl,
I'm not seeing this behavior in the Kindle app. Have you tried removing the
Kindle app from the app switcher and restarting it, and restarting your phone?
Best,

Hi Anna,
Yes, I have. I've actually been seeing this behavior for a little while, at
least ever since 9.2.1 was in public Beta. But I've made purchases at the same
time, so I can't say whether something was introduced into iOS, or whether the
the behavior is content specific. I mostly read
Hi all,
I apologize if this has been discussed before, but I'm hoping there is a
solution. When I read Kindle books with my Braille display, as I near the end
of the page, the display cuts off in the middle of a word, and when I pan to
the right, I'm taken back to the top of the page. When I

Hi everyone. If you read a book with a braille display, which apps do you use?
For me I find that the kindle app works well as yyou can use o with the space
bar to go to the next page. I've tired this in ibooks and voicedream but no
go. Ibooks has that strange page chooser at the bottom of
Hi Rebecca,
When you get to the page chooser in iBooks, pan left once. Then the Space with
O command will work just fine. Some braille displays have keys that do the same
thing as Space with O. For instance, the right rocker switch on the front of
the Focus 40 moves you to the next page when
Today I used my Refreshabraille 18 for the first time in church. I had it
paired with my iPhone and I used it with the notes app to take notes. That
worked quite well. Now I would like to try going a step further.
In church we sing from 5 to 7 songs, have a short Scripture reading at the
