some advice before just using trial and error to find the accessible options.
I’ll take a look at the suggestions I got, and over time

My app Speech Central has capability to read RSS feeds.
It can also treat any site as an RSS feed even if it doesn’t provide the feed
itself, you should just provide the link of the home pag
on, so I think it is fair to
post the link:

The iOS App Store is full of great, accessible RSS readers. I can
personally recommend two apps:
1. News Explorer:

2. Lire:

I know there has been traffic on the list for those looking for a
cross-platform RSS solution since Google Reader's demise. I'm not one of

Thank you, Alan, for posting this article. Here are some comments
about the readers it mentions that I know something about.
When looking for an RSS reader, the most important question, of
course, is whether it is supported by an accessible iPhone or iPad
app. Many are not.

I think you missed my point. SOmeone has expressed interest in accessing
feeds from another source that is not Google. Not everyone wants to use
Google for whatever reason. My point was is I am not aware
Feedler pro does let you enter rss links directly. So you don't have to use
google reader, if you don't want too.
