When I first got it, I connected it to my Pc to charge it. It was immediately
recognized as new and I was asked if I wanted to restore from the back up
stored on my computer. Completely forgot about ICloud at the time and oked the
process.
It went very fast without a glitch. Unfortunately, now,
I had the same issue with my Iphone it turned out it was the chord that was
broken. I would suggest checking the chord and also re installing itunes then
maybe your ipod will work. Hope this helps. From Nuris
