Try the command, spacebar plus sh and if that doesn't bring back the onscreen keyboard, on the phone, in the braille settings, make sure onscreen keyboard is on. If that doesn't do it, then it is time to reboot everything and if that still doesn't work, call Apple Accessibility and see if
