Yes, I went to settings and my location is the right one, but I continue having
this error in weather app. I will try in weather what you suggest.
I didn’t call Apple yet because I know that here in the list many people know a
lot and give me the right answer.

Finally as one user wanted to put my reputation in question when compared
to Richard's I would like to mention few facts that are easy to verify.
I have put 10 years of my life in building Speech Central. On top of that I

Just to add that when I say to swipe up more than twice, it is because one
swipe raises speed ratio for 0.1x. Moving from 1.0x to 1.1x may not be
particularly notable but it certainly works.
On AppleVis forums I have implemented most of the suggestions within one
week from the suggestion, so I
First to Richard, no you were not clear in your answer that it works
properly on Voice Dream Reader. If that was clear I would answer
differently. However you can hear that even people here confirm here that
it works and assume that you simply didn't want to swipe more than twice to
hear that
I must say I didn't expect that you will write something as this. Wow.
So your only argument is that I have made a spin that Voice Dream Reader
sells for 100$/year, while the reality is that they are selling only
sometimes at 100$ and mostly and 80$. Well that was a spin, but at the end
of the
Yeah, you would think they would have done that.
I only put it out there as a possible tool since it is free, and without being
able to see the controls, I was able to raise the magnification level to a
point where I was able to read the clock on my microwave from a fair distance
away, so
I think it will be very useful to a lot of folks.
Humanware simply needs to think ahead a bit more.

Chris, you do not need a Wi-Fi 6 or 6E network for smart home devices. The main
benefit of adding the 6 Ghz band is that a router can support up to 200 devices
so unless you think you will have that many there is no huge benefit. Some of
the most bandwidth hungry devices are security cameras,
Hi everyone,
A few years ago, I found a fitness app called Move. Every now and then
throughout the day, at the frequency I specified, it would remind me to move
and would suggest an exercise I could do in a couple of minutes, such as 10
push-ups, climbing four flights of steps, or doing the
Hi All,
For those that have any useable vision, there is a new app from Humanware
called Explore Magnifier. I have just downloaded it and it appears to be a
very simple magnifier. So far I see that you can change the level of
magnification and take a picture of what you are looking at. No
What do you need a garage for? Is it where you park your electric cane?
Also, just my thoughts on mesh routers, if you have an apartment and it's not
like one of those penthouse ones which are typically 3 times the size of my
house, there really is no need for a mesh router with a satellite.
The interface is not very friendly. There is a control which says something
like 0 percent adjustable which you can flick up or down to adjust the level
of magnification, or use the add or “-“ buttons to increase or decrease the
level. The only other labeled control I find is camera.
I
Yes, but the label is not folly accessible!

It is clearly not intended for someone who uses VoiceOver since they have not
bothered creating VoiceOver labels for things.
I guess one could try using the VoiceOver Recognition setting to see if that
helped any with this app.
One might think that if it is intended for low-vision users, they
Ivan,
I agree with Dulce. I suggest you spend more time with your app and on brushing
up on your people skills which seem exceedingly lacking particularly where list
posting is concerned.

Hello Pam.
Thank you for letting us know about this.
I will definitely install the app and give it a spin.
One thing, however, I have often wondered how a third-party magnifier app is
any better than just using the phone’s built-in camera? Just curious.

Hi Mark,
That is a good question. I have tried using the camera app, and for some
reason, things do not show up as clearly to me. I guess it may be down to a
difference in vision.

Hi Sieghard.
Thank you for making me smile, yet again.
Yes, parking my electric cane, definitely.
When I bought my two new Linksys range extenders from Best Buy, last week, I
also purchased a new WIFI 6 Dual band Mesh router, as a stand-alone unit.
Crazy, eh? (smile).

I appreciate the enthusiasm you have for your app, Ivan. However, your attitude and what you said about richard is so far off base that I cannot take you seriously. Hey moderator, what are you doing about this guy? We can have differences of opinion, but this is going to far. Ivan, clean up your
