You can't delete ringtones on the iPhone, just as you have to use iTunes to
add ringtones you have to remove hem with itunes.
Open iTunes and connect your phone.
Go to your device and check the Tones radio button.
Tab to "Sync selected ringtones" and check it.
Now tab into the list view
