I had to restore my phone a few weeks ago, and now I can't even find the lion
brand app. That was the only app that I am aware of that was accessible.
Perhaps the nfb krafters list or some one from the blindcraft groups might know.

Chris,
Thanks for clarifying this. It's been so long since I got the app and I know I
paid at least once to extend the notification period and think I also paid to
get rid of the ads when Luno went to the ad-supported approach.

I do not see any in app purchases for alerts, but I can say that there is still
an app purchase for no ads for $4.99.

Could it be because they are redoing their website, and that is from
where they get the patterns? The site is in beta, so maybe not much longer.
Could it be

Hi.
You may want to contact LionBrand to let them know their app doesn't
work with the IOS10 beta. They're very responsive to helping blind
crafters have access to thir patterns and craft product info. There
might be a "contact the developer" button in the app itself, or you

I forgot to contact the developer regarding this. So far I haven't had
to make any in-app purchases, so perhaps that was a situation of the

You didn't misread anything, Apparently Rob replied to the accessible knitting

What did you find out about in app purchases for Sports Scores and Alerts? Is
the app free or did you have to pay to extend the notification period or to get

Hi,
I cannot seem to figure out how to get into the building outside of
the city with the third stadium. Anyone know what to do there? The
building just says it is owned by some company and that my character
is not allowed to enter.
Thanks,

interested in being able to read knitting patterns as well. I would appreciate

Apart from the fact that you can download maps to the phone, I am curious what
you consider advantages of Navigon over free apps like Apple Maps or Google
Maps or paid solutions like the SeeingEye app which has much better
accessibility and gives you also a lot of information you won’t get with
Hey, from what I remember, the Charter App was fairly accessible. I hated to
give them up when we moved into the new apartment but had no choice but it
seemed fairly usable including the DVR. Hope that helps. take care.

Just an FYI in case you did not know. You can do the three finger swipe in a
box score to easily go between home and away team instead of tapping on the
team’s buttons at the top. Vertical navigation also works great to quickly
flick down most of a box score. In a baseball box score you can use
Another update: I have done some more tinkering with the Sports Scores

deleted the other sports alert apps I had and am now using this one. I
really like it a lot. Some things could be better, such as the

Sports scores and alerts is great. The developer is fantastic as I have beta

For alerts check out The Score as you can set alerts for any team or player and

Does anyone know of the accessibility of the Charter Spectrum app? Looking for
something to be able to control not only the TV but the functions of the DVR.
I don't have Charter at this point, but am considering it.
Thanks in advance for the help ...

In the past, I've used the Lion Brand app to find knitting patterns. The search

Thanks, it does help! I think I might’ve restarted the thing a couple of times

how!
Thanks again!
