I think you should first go to www.apple.com sign in make sure you do not have any older devices that you no longer use still listed on the account. Are all of these iPhones going to be under the same account?

Hi Deb, The only long shot I can think of is if VoiceOver is set to announce notifications on the lock screen. Logically, that shouldn't impact the Chime app since it is not specific to VoiceOver users. I'Ll go through my settings and see if I can figure something out based on what you said.

There's got to be something strange set on my phone. Keeping in mind that Westminster Chimes is doing its thing although right now I've turned it off for the experiments, but it would work if enabled. So then I've now downloaded the Voice Over Clock, and set that up to announce every 15 minutes.
