Robin, The Sync button is no longer there regardless of what the Help section says. My database is still accessed through the Files button and it is located in one of my Dropbox folders so hopefully you can access yours that way too. If not, hopefully you’ll get a reply to your support

I am surprised nobody mentioned the options you have when a notification appears on the lock screen. If you swipe down on the notification and select “Manage” you can select to deliver the notification quietly which means it will still be in the notification centre, but it won’t make any sounds
