Robin,
The Sync button is no longer there regardless of what the Help section says. My
database is still accessed through the Files button and it is located in one of
my Dropbox folders so hopefully you can access yours that way too. If not,
hopefully you’ll get a reply to your support
I just wanted to drop by and thank everyone for their thoughts and
suggestions on this topic.
I now have some very good ideas of how to get those shots off the phone
and into our photo history books.

I updated my app and see no difference. The hep section still talks about a

Guys,
For the last couple weeks I’ve noticed that a behavior I rely on no longer

Nancy,
A simple method for Windows without using iTunes is to use OneDrive.
The app synchronizes with OneDrive in Windows 10. The photos will be
backed up to the cloud and downloaded to your Windows hard drive.

Joseph,
I was not going to mention iTunes; the most clumbsy way invented.
But, Keven's method of using Windows explorer is the most efficient and
accessible way if you have more than a few photos.
Once copied on to either a flash drive or hard drive, you can go back to that
folder, and delete
Hi Kevin, yes you could do the same with an android. However on android, you
actually also have access to Google photos on a desktop. From within your
Google account.

Hi.
I had a bunch of photos on my iPhone. I connected it to my Windows PC. I went
into Windows Explorer. My phone was something I could select. I found a folder
on it with all my photos. I got them that way.
Wonder if an Android phone works the same way?
Just saying.

Richard, I was only pointing out the most easy and accessible way. Because I
know iTunes can definitely be a problem on Windows. She doesn't use a Mac. I

What computer system are you using?
There is a more efficient way than emailing each one; especially if there are a
lot of them.
Also, which iPhone and iOS?

Thank you very much for answering my question.
Does the app work with the Wi-Fi model? Also, can it be used with Alexa?.
Thanks again.

PS. What is the name of the app?

Nancy, the best way to do this. Would be to email them to yourself, so that you
can save them on the computer. And then paste them to the flash drive that way.
Under each photo, there should be a share button. And then you just wanna
choose mail.

Not an issue for me or anything I read is an issue. Have you restarted your
phone since the update, often that will clear up little problems. I would first
make sure to close all apps, then turn the phone off and turn it back on after
20 or 30 seconds.

I am surprised nobody mentioned the options you have when a notification
appears on the lock screen. If you swipe down on the notification and select
“Manage” you can select to deliver the notification quietly which means it will
still be in the notification centre, but it won’t make any sounds
Generally something like that is a carrier problem rather than an IOS problem.

You certainly can. When iOS 15 is released, I think you'll find the various
focus options to be very helpful in this regard. Until then, however, the
best way to manage notifications is to have them delivered quietly. Do this
