Lana. VDR works just fine with mp3 books. I can move back by either heading which is track, by 60, 30, and 15 second increments. Whatever I want. The really cool thing, is when I set what navigation I want to move by, I can use the forward or back commands on my bluetooth speakers and headsets

I have always normally used MFI certified cables just for the one simple reason that Apples cables are much more expensive. Now most of these cables are good, but can range in quality. So I tend to try to stay with a brand that has a good reputation. I currently use Anker brand cables.
