A screenshot takes a picture of exactly what is on your screen. If the font is super small then it will be so in the screenshot. Best thing is to make sure your page is maximized and if you are taking a screenshot of a web page, make sure it is set to 100% zoom, Control + NumPad Minus and Plus

I don’t have a Dell, but all I did was bring up the Phone Link application on my PC and followed the prompts, one of which was using code reader in the control panel on my iPhone to read the QR code on the screen. After that, I think I just had to allow access to a few things. -- Christopher

As Sieghard pointed out, there isn't much you need to do. However, I would guess that if your font is set very small, that could cause an issue. However, if this was a screenshot from a web page, it could be the  web page font at fault. I'd leave it to the person you send it to to figure out and

A while back, I sent one to a friend and she said the print was so small, she could barely read it. Fortunately, she had a way to enlarge it. But, if I ever need to send these to someone who does not have that ability, it would be helpful for me to know how to make the img file bigger.

I believe you will find that the photos app is actually better at finding screenshots. There is a list of auto selected types of photos, including Selfies, and Screenshots. There is a number after the name of that grouping saying how many photos match that type. You can then just double tap on the
