focus for facebook

Hi, When I unlock my phone about 75% of the time the phone will pop up by itself. I haven't figured out if I am double tapping to hard when I unlock it or if it's the way the screen protector was put on or what. I'm pretty sure it's not a setting somewhere. Has anyone else encountered this?
