That's the approach I usually take. But for me, disagreeing with the terms
doesn't stop it permanently. But it's an easy way to get rid of the
message, and delay it for awhile.

I think ios updates have worked like this for while. If you explore the screen
after you tap later and it prompts you to enter your pin it'll say somewhere
(I forget if above or below the number pad) will update between 2 and 4 am.
If you don't explore the screen however this is not
