RE: Time to grab IOS 14.5
This was my impression at one time too, but I guess that's definitively not the case. I upgraded my XR which is my main device to 14.5, but have an old original SE that I now use for various tasks like timers, streaming media and so on. Fortunately, I have that IP Bluetooth app on that device. SO I'm probably going to keep it on iOS 14.X or whatever version it is before this latest iOS 14.5 upgrade. Regardless, this whole circumstance sucks. RE: Time to grab IOS 14.5
It may help if you mentioned exactly which app you use, e.g. name and version number which you can find either in the app store app or if you open the app and find where in Settings or Help this information appears, but most apps do show this information. I have never bought an Instant Pot yet because I don't like their flaky approach to accessibility, but I thought you can also use the newer app with the older Bluetooth pots? -Original Message- From: viphone@googlegroups.com On Behalf Of Danny Keys Sent: Monday, April 26, 2021 2:49 PM To: viphone@googlegroups.com Subject: Re: Time to grab IOS 14.5 OK, The Instant Pot and the Bluetooth app are working just fine. Re: Time to grab IOS 14.5
hi, This is the app I download it I think in 2016 or 17. I removed it from the phone several months ago. A month or so ago I reinstalled it on the phone just to see if it would work whenever the new update came out. So far, at least the app is accessible. Sometime in the next few days I’ll give it a try with the Insta pot and see how it does. Dan > On Apr 26, 2021, at 12:42 PM, Mary Otten wrote: > > Wow! That’s interesting. Re: Time to grab IOS 14.5
Yes. You still can’t access the instant pot. At least that’s true for my phone which is running the most recent beta, apparently equivalent to the final release. and the app is gone. They’re not going to update it. Apple is very clear. When you try to open the app, it says that the developer needs to update their app. But the app is gone from the App Store.
