Just remember once you have filled out the company name you will have to
navigate as opposed to hitting return/enter. If you hit return it will cycle
you back up to the first name field.

He has the 6S. And sometimes creating a new contact from info that he had
gotten from a phone call is quite problematic as well. I know he's not the only
one to have this problem because I've heard of a few other people with the same
issue.

Just curious, what phone is he using? I don't have this problem. I just added a
new contact the other day. If he has 3D touch, he can try pressing little hard
on the phone app, and then choose new contact from the menu that pops up. Hope
this helps some.

You have to kind of rinky-dink around with it and finally you can get it to
