Many thanks for the replies and pointing out that the punctuation setting affects the pronunciation. I guess my punctuation got inadvertently set to all although I'm still puzzled why this would affect the pronunciation of a hyphenated word. Are Others Getting a Different Pronunciation of Wi-Fi?
Hi List, I know in the scheme of things, this is a very minor issue. However, I do like things to be pronounced correctly and I noticed this morning that when I'm swiping across the status bar on my iPhone 7, Samantha enhanced is now pronouncing my Wi-Fi bars as WeeFy. I'm getting this pronunciation even after adding the correct pronunciation to my custom pronunciation dictionary. Are others experiencing this and does anyone know why it would have changed recently?
