It's free, and yes... there's a setting in which you can set it how long the

One point in favor of dolphins program is that it has access to more
international libraries than does voice dream. So depending
dolphin easy reader is going better and better everytime it is updated,
now you can add books from external sources, this means if you have a book on
dropbox when you want to open this book easy reader will be one of the options
to open with.
On voices settings you can increase or dicrease
