I understand the problem of fingers not being perfect for recognition. That’s
why I at least do two or three different fingers so I can alternate when
necessary. This has always worked for me up until a couple of months ago.

called the help line and had my phone restored, and have cleaned the phone.
Also have redone my finger prints. When I redo my prints it lasts

Tom, a few things Sieghard suggested to me when I was having this problem with
my 7. Are your fingers wet? Is your finger cut even slightly? As soon as I got
my fingers to heal up everything fixed itself. Not had this problem on my 8
