No, mainly because when I play the playlist outside of itunes all songs play.
My feeling is, there is some thing about one of the mp3's that itunes doesn't
like about it's format.

Have you gone through the entire list to see if 2 songs are marked with
"invalid location"? Maybe you moved or renamed them in which case iTunes
will still show them in your library, but it won

It is showing invalid location because the file was moved from the location
iTunes was pointed to.
