Donald,
It's very simple. If her sister is in your wife's contacts, all your wife
needs to do is say, "Facetime Lisa", and the Facetime call should go
through.

Thanks Alex, I understand that there is no phone in either device, and
therefore one cannot specify a phone number in the contact info. So,
what does one specify since there is
You can still specify a phone number, for use with FaceTime or iMessages. You
just need to do so in the Contacts app, rather than a section of the Phone app.

On the iPod and iPad, there is a Contacts app. It is identical to the Contacts
tab of the Phone app on an iPhone, but as those devices lack the Phone app, it

One minor correction. As the call is being initiated from an iPod Touch, you'll
want the Contacts app - there is no Phone app. Other than that, you are correct
- choose the contact, double tap "FaceTime" (or FaceTime Audio), and off you
go, assuming you've saved the same email address or phone n
You can make a FaceTime call by either telling siri to face time you're sister
or you can go to phone.
Next go to contacts.
Next go to the contact you want to FaceTime.
After that choose FaceTime and then the call should start.
