Yes, writing braille on a PC is a much better experience, kind of like
the experience you used to get with Mobile Speak in the old days. Too
bad Apple, or Google for that matter, couldn't get that implimented.
Honestly, if Android had better support for braille, I'd give it a
serious look.

Hi all.
Yes, I have also noticed this with the Apex. However, it also seems to
be occuring with the Refreshabraille and other displays from time to
time, though not as frequently as it is happening with HW's stuff. I
suspect it's a conflict between the braille Appple driver and several
displays,

Hi Joe.
It sounds to me as you could use the vertical navigation, to go to the right
place in text, this can be found in the router settings and can then be found
in the router.
This is a command that I use a lot.
Best regards Annie.

The state of quicknav on my braille display is irrelevant. Either way, it still

Hi Anna.
Unfortunatley, this does not always solve the probem, as turning
automatic braille translation on was the first thing I did when
installing 8. Especially when someone is typing on a bluetooth
keyboard, the 8-dot full cell appears at each end of the display
instead of tracking the text
Hi Alan,
It sounds like your friend has automatic braille translation turned off. When
she starts typing a word, it goes into a buffer, as indicated by the full
braille cells at either end of the display. When she presses Space or dots

But automatic Braille translation messes with the BARD navigation keys,
especially when reading a .brf file, as it thinks you're trying to write a
word. Is there anyway around this? I want my navigation commands back. :-)

Hi,
Automatic braille translation doesn’t conflict with BARD if you switch braille
input to 8-dot while you’re using the app. This is a good idea anyway, since
then each letter you type is seen as a letter rather than a word. The only
problem is that Quick Nav is on by default, and in iOS 8.2,
