I would set up a recurring reminder. Open the Reminders app, tap on "New" at the bottom, give it a title/descrition and then tap on date/time and set the details. One of the options is to make is recurring and you can choose from options like daily, weekly, monthly etc. From:

I would use Calendar. I would go into the Calendar settings under Settings, Calendar, and set a default alert time for however much time you want to be alerted for appointments. If you don’t want all appointments to sound alerts, then in the details of the appointment you are setting in the

You can also use a free app called, Re-Minder and I know the spelling is wrong, but I double checked, that is how it's spelled. It's a cool app but I don't really like it. I like alarmed better but I was telling you so you can try and see if you like it or not. It's free!! Best! Nimit On
