I think it's an issue with the app itself, as I've done this before and it
worked well, and at some point it stopped working entirely. I also transferred
files from other apps onto my computer using iTunes file sharing, and the
process worked just like it used to for Voice Dream Reader, that's
Hi, I use the Ivona voice, Amy with no trouble on my iPhone 6 in iOS 9.01.

Hi Neal,
I also use the Ivana voices on my iPad mini to running iOS 9.01. The issue
happened when I upgraded from a 5S which had been running iOS 9.01 successfully
with those voices to a 6S, where I had to reinstall them and ran into the crash
with inaccessible voices problem.

Mary,
I’m not positive if we are discussing the same type of iTunes backup. I am
suggesting that you backup your voice Dream Reader library through file sharing
via iTunes. Are you saying that you already took the file of your Voice Dream
library directly off of your phone and put the file in
backup your voice Dream library via iTunes if you have to uninstall the app and
reinstall it.

Since an iTunes backup was the source of this problem, I am reluctant to
suppose that another backup is going to save me. I think I would preferred to
go through the laborious process of making sure I have actual access to all the
books, rather than trusting another iTunes backup. But I do
No, I suppose we are not discussing the same sort of backup. But given what I
have heard other people say about their problems with the filesharing back up,
I am just going to go it the hard way so to speak, if I do end up having to
reinstall. I do not want to take chances on the back up which
I have not had problems with the actual file, per se, but I have had problems
actually getting it onto the computer. It just won't sync. It's very
frustrating, as I know I'm doing things correctly, given that I've backed up
other files from the iPhone using iTunes file sharing. Has anybody
Oh No, what problems have others had with the voice Dream Reader iTunes File
Sharing backup. I ask because I was actually going to do this myself. Long
story, but I need to start my phone clean. I really really do not want to lose
my voice Dream Reader library and all of the bookmarks, and
Christina isn't talking about a backup of your iPhone to iTunes, she's talking
about backing up your voice dream reader library to iTunes via iTunes file
sharing.

Every time I have tried to save the Voice Dream Library through File sharing I
get an error.
I've just about resigned myself to having to down load everything again on my
iPod Touch that I got mostly for reading and music to take the load off my
iPhone.

I know Christine is talking about backing up my voice dream library through
filesharing on iTunes. I have just heard from a few people for whom that did
not work well recently. Hence my hesitation in relying on it.

I've never figured a way to restore any voice Dream library items from
whatever it puts on the computer when using iTunes file sharing to save its
files. I think you're wise not to rely on this as a viable option for
restoring your Voice Dream reading material if you have further problems
