Not sure what your financial state is but if it was me I'd drop the whole thing
and write it off as a learning experience.
I unnderstand the principle of the thing but other factors such as how much is
your time and agravation worth com into play it seems to me.

This sounds very confusing, and perhaps Apple should be aware that apps from
the same developer with the same name should perhaps have clear disclaimers or
warnings or cautions to purchasors .
