I frequently just call to order from Door Dash as it takes me 5 minutes instead 
of 15 using the app.  Certainly if you have a discount you can't use on the 
app, next time just call.  I've called lots of times & never had anyone who did 
not understand English.  I would agree though that most would probably not be 
able to address any accessibility issues.

time wasted and better spent doing something else I would need to do, as I 
figured it would be a hassle that would not bring any reward in the end.  Most 
of their reps can’t understand English well let alone trying to explain to them 
about Voiceover accessibility.

I have used it with no real difficulty in the past, but tried it again last 
weekend, and could not get it to work properly. I called the disability help 
number and accomplished what I wanted, however. If the site won’t work as it 
ought, I’m glad there is a number to call for help, even though there is a wait 
time there.

Is there a way to delete an order from your order list whether it be from Door 
Dash or Grubhub? I’ve got some orders that I no longer want and want to know if 
it’s possible to delete those or are they just here to stay? You know, once you 
order food or whatever, you see what you have previously ordered. I would like 
to be able to delete some if possible.

it.  Using face book and twitter a lot of those pages are monitered by English 
speaking people.  So absolutely keep reporting it.

We cancelled our Uber Eats Pass. Each time we go to order food, there are no 
drivers or the restaurants are axperiencing busier times  and the delivery 
fee is tripled and doubled what it would be, even with a pass. I do hope 
Door Dash gets their act together, they are more dependable as far as 
getting your food, but the app is definitly a pain now, even for sighted 
people.

doorDash my husband works out of the house but I don't and I order a lot! Too 
much probably, and I'd be lost without my DoorDash. I have figured out work 
arounds for their awful app that used to be great. I too have contacted them 
with absolutely no response.

Here's another option: If you are an Aira subscriber, you can use
their promo for May where they can help you browse, order, or track
your order on a food delivery site like DoorDash. You can use up to 20
minutes on 1 call every 48 hours. Not a lot of time, but if you put
your food in the cart, you could have Aira complete the order for you.
I setup notifications on my DoorDash app, so I get notified at each
stage of the order process. I'm not sure if non-subscribers can use
this promo or if it just for Aira users.

I have used it with no real difficulty in the past, but tried it again last 
weekend, and could not get it to work properly. I called the disability help 
number and accomplished what I wanted, however. If the site won’t work as it 
ought, I’m glad there is a number to call for help, even though there is a wait 
time there.

I can still search for a place and place an order but I agree it
  has degraded in its ease of use over the past few months and I'm
  genuinely not sure they care sadly. I and another person I know
  did politely and with as much detail as we could provide report it
  to them for what it's worth.
