Hey Dennis, I’d be pretty right in saying you shouldn’t have an issue with setting up a 13 pro iPhone! It’s not really that different from any other phone you’ve set up, And voiceover gives good prompts as to what / how to do things with face id setup And voiceover also disables the attention

No need to worry. It's very simple to set up FaceID and VoiceOver will guide you as you go a long. VO will tell you to look into the camera and help you to get your face in center, look left, look/turn right, face up left etc etc. Works very nice and btw you are not required to use FaceID though.
