The CAS130 is accessible for both low vision and totally blind individuals. it has controls for setting function and temperature and can also be used with the V-Sync app. I use it all the time and am well satisfied with it. A warning, though, do not leave plastic items on top when cooking and make sure it is inches away from anything which might melt. I have an air fryer that is totally inaccessible and required extensive labeling. Once I labeled the flat top panel with dots and Braille labels, it works great. We just bought the TOA-70 combination by Cuisinart. It has turning dials and buttons. It is very retro looking like something from the sixties and is very accessible. We had it marked with dymotape by a friend but my wife says she could use it unmarked. It does everything—bake, convect, air fry, toast and grill.
