I believe you are referring to a phone tree.
I receive such calls often, on my iPhone 6 Plus; for example to confirm
upcoming doctor appointments. To date, I can easily hear the numbers on the
iPhone soft
of the display in order to keep it awake.

Hi:
When receiving a call on the iPhone6 which requires me to choose an option,
(1 for the sales department, 2 for technical support, etc.) the options
speak repeatedly and I can't hear the numbers on the keypad to make a
choice. Has anyone figured out a solution to this?
