Is it still possible to create new iTunes radio stations if one does not
subscribe to Apple Music?
I attempted to create a new radio station in the iOS 11 Music app, but was
unable to do so without first agreeing to subscribe to the Apple Music
streaming service.

iTunes featured stations at the top, and then a My Stations section. If you
already have a station you want to hear, double-tap it to start playing.
Otherwise, type an artist or song name in the search box

From what I read not true at all. You can create stations based on an

your own based on genre, artist or song. There are probably over a

If you have iTunes Match, this should happen automatically for music but if
