If your mute switch is down, that prevents the sounds.
I'm getting all the normal sounds.
There may also be a setting in the app for sounds.

If you act quick enough, you can downgrade. Here are some rough
instructions as to how to do it:
1) Download an IPSW of 9.3.5. 2) Open iTunes. 3) Go update this

I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it is now working correctly.
If I choose batch mode, I can take several pages in a row then process them.
Or, add a page to a document using manual picture and it works.
