Hi Mickey, You have a couple of options, well actually three. You can still move things out of a folder in the traditional way with double tap hold and slide your finger. Using the new way, instead of using the home button to close the folder, which also ends remove operation, you can use the iOS "scrub gesture" to close the folder, then proceed with the move process in the normal new way. You can also find an extra item in the action menu within the folder, once you have selected the object you want to move. If you flip down, you should see an option that says something like drop application, where application is the title of the one you're moving, out of folder. I haven't actually done it that way, but if you double tap that I assume that lets you proceed in the new way as well. Hope that helps. How do you move an app from inside a folder I don't see a way to do it except to use the old way move the messages out of that folder then move it with the new method. Any suggestions? Hello! The new way of mooveing apps is new way for VoiceOver users. In older to move app, flick up or down and in orangé apps, there make sure that mothe app mooveing and dub-ell tap on this. Then you can locate this app after an otter app by flick up or down. Also, when you are in a folder and want to move an app, activate move, and there is an extra option that says drop app from folder. It closes the folder, and is prepared to move the app to its new destination. I am not seeing this. If I elect an app to move inside of a folder and then close the folder and navigate to a different folder, I can still move it.
