extra safe. Besides, you can encrypt the iTunes backup, which saves your health
data and some other information that wouldn't be saved otherwise.

Very easy to install it via Settings > General > Software Updates > Beta
Updates, definitely a bit more complicated to restore back to iOS 16.
Also, keep in mind that you cannot report Beta bugs to Apple Accessibility, you

to the regular iOS after using the beta. Unless things have changed since I
last used a beta, you basically have to wipe your phone and reinstall the
backup so you would lose any changes you made during the beta,
